BROKEN

My camera is officially broken-don't know how it happened, but I'm terribly sad. We are leaving for our 4th annual Lake Nacimiento trip in the mornin' and I have no camera. My sister so generously offered her camera-Thank heavens- or else I would have been lost the whole trip with no camera. I can't wait to spend 7 days with my family and good friends on the lake. Until then-So Long!

The TOOTH FAIRY.....Is it a HE or SHE??????

I can't even believe Tess lost her first TOOTH last night. She is way too young. I pleaded with her as I tucked her into bed not to grow up, she said "Mom, I want to grow up and paint and paint with my kids." (She wants to be an artist.)
So then all the questions from Teegan started flooding in, is the tooth fairy a boy or girl, how does he/she get in the house, But, there is no such thing as magic, where does he/she live????? I don't know the answers people????

So I dodged all the questions giving really vague answers. He/she came last night. Teegan woke Tess up first and handed her the money that was left under her pilow-$2.00. She handed him $1.00 and kept 1.00. Such a sweet girl!

Goodbye Padres

Tessa was such  a strong hitter and loved playing with all of the boys.
Little Teegan had so much fun playing baseball with only a few distractions along the way.
The twins got to play together on the pitcher's mound!

Baseball Season is over. It was so fun to see all the kids improve over the past couple of months and have fun. I'm gonna miss cheering for the team, but I am not gonna miss little Taters rolling in the dirt.

Graduation Day

They recited all 66 books of the bible and the twins memorized 26 bible verses this year.

The whole Caldwell Clan!
The proud preschool mommies along with the amazing preschool teachers.
It was such a happy happy day, I did shed a few tears just because I can't believe the twins preschool years are over!

SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE

......And so I am giving up a few things. After being a part of the MOPS ministry for the past 5 years I am going to say goodbye. MOPS was an amazing blessing in my life. I made life long friends (my husband too) and learned a lot about myself as a mother, wife and friend. I would recommend any new mommy to go check out her local MOPS ministry. But after being in MOPS leadership for the past 4 years I felt a little tug from the Lord saying it is time to move on, give someone else a chance to glorify the Lord through MOPS leadership. Also I think I was a little tired of always giving, giving, and giving of myself and my precious time. So...I am sad to say goodbye but I feel a huge relief also! I also recently stopped serving in the children's ministry at our church. I did this for over a year and got to be with the twins for a little bit and in Tatum's room for a little bit. Unfortunately the twins were beginning to dread staying at church for 2 services. We would leave the house at 8:45 and not return home until 1:00. I really enjoyed serving but it was becoming too much for my kiddies. So I see myself returning to serve when the kids get older. Now I am going to focus on my family and strengthening my relationship with my HEAVENLY FATHER. New beginnings are just around the corner and I am really excited!
