In AWE......

I am so excited about what God is doing in my heart and Danny's. As I have surrender to my God and commit to drawing closer to Him each day, He has been faithful to me. You see I struggle with caring too much about this world and what others think about me. But I feel like God has released me from that. He has showed me that all that matters is HIM. I am learning to "store up my treasures in heaven." I am trying each day to make eternal differences. God has called Danny back to Haiti. He will be doing some relief work and a MIGHTY crusade. The crusade will take place for 7 nights and they are expecting over 20,000 people each night! Danny is so excited and I get giddy every time I talk about it! I am in AWE of MY GOD!

Gardening

Oh how I love myself a little gardening. I have no idea what I'm doing but it is so much fun. I get just as excited as the kids do. We just pulled our winter veggies and are getting ready to plant our spring veggies. We are going to make 2 more boxes (well Danny is). I know our carrots are small, but it was my first time!

For our dear friend Karen's baby shower, Oly and I made these cute cozies. Yes, her theme is OWLS. We had fun making these (don't laugh Oly). Aren't they so cute?

RIDEMAKERZ

We were all suppose to go camping in Carlsbad for GAVIN'S 5TH BIRTHDAY but because of the rain we rescheduled. We went to the Disney Walk instead. Tess and Kyra went to build a bear and made owls and the rest of them went to RIDEMAKERZ. What fun it is for them all to make something-the cars they each made were really cool-remote control too! We munched on Rainforest Cafe and cruised all the shops. It was fun to actually walk around and use our umbrellas that don't get used all that often. Gavin had a super cool birthday!

I TRIED.....

I TRIED so hard to get Tess to drink EMERGENC when she was sick with a scratchy throat. I put it in a pretty china cup and everything. She would not drink it-I try not to give my kids medicine unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. Tatum tried it too. WELL, they both hated it. AT LEAST I TRIED! The pictures turned out really cute though.
