FF Olympics

we took a little road trip to san jose. the drive was long but i kept the kids entertained with games. this was our 5th olympics with danny competing in basketball. the team didn't do so hot. i will leave it at that. one day in between games we had breakfast in the sweet little town of campbell. our days were jam-packed with games, swimming and SMFD team dinners. on the way home we decided to stop in pismo for some clam chowder. along with the amazing wenger fam. once we got there it was so sunny and pretty i just had to put my toes in the sand. before we got out of the car teegan had already changed into his trunks. man, i really like beach pictures. i really, really like pismo too. i know i say this all the time but the fire department is family to us. i leave you with one last picture. this is most of the crew that went to the olympics, minus the bazillion kids we all have. love this fam.

First Annual

4th of july bbq,was a hit. there was nummy food and games for the whole fam: water balloon toss, skeet shooting, sack races, pinata and cabbage bowling, my dad planned all the games himself. i felt blessed to be surrounded by so much family and amazing friends. danny and i hope that our property will bless others. the night ended with fireworks. we put on our very own show.

I am Back.....

so much has changed- i have no idea where to begin- we moved- i am adjusting- deep down i know it is/was a total and complete- BLESSING- but- i still have some unanswered questions- hmmmm- she graduated preschool- mastered the quad- her best friend is mason- and she always wants to help her mama she turned 8- never will she give up her blankie- man is she a great softball player, who knew- she can climb any tree- forever she will be labeled sweet yes, he turned 8 too- his football team came in FIRST place- he thinks he is too cool- his best friend is scout- he is my protector
